LOWER Mt ROYAL INFILLS

Lower Mt Royal is a residential neighbourhood in the north-west quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. Constantly voted one of Calgary’s best neighbourhoods, Lower Mt Royal is a youthful community with approximately 87 percent of its population under the age of 64. In the City of Calgary’s 2014 Civic census, Lower Mt Royal  had a population of 3,319, living in 2,216 dwellings.  Of that 3,319, 87 % of Lower Mt Royal population is between the ages of 20-64.  Also, 76% of people living in Lower Mt Royal have a university degree or higher. 30% housing  were occupied by the owner and 70% of the housing was used for rentig.
