BANKVIEW
BANKVIEW INFILLS
Located in the beltline in the city’s southwest just outside the downtown core, Bankview is one of Calgary’s older neighborhoods. The community has a variety of apartments, condominiums, older houses, and is now one of the city’s leading candidates for new infills. The downtown core is within walking distance, as are the many attractions of 17 Avenue SW. For access to other parts of the city, Crowchild Trail and 14 Street SW are both close by and there are a number of LRT stations in close proximity.
Bankview is close to everything for both work and play and has become very popular with younger homebuyers. Infills are a natural addition to the well-established community, providing high quality new residential properties and assisting with the area’s regeneration as one of the city’s most trendy neighborhoods.
